Due to the aggressive and professional management concept, Urban Parking has grown rapidly since its establishment. In June 1997, it was awarded the management contract of the HKCEC Extension Car Park. Urban Parking was also recognized by the Hospital Authority and was awarded the car park management contract for Princess Margaret Hospital in 2002. In June 2002, Urban Parking was awarded the management and operations of Tsing Yi Group Car Parks and Road Control management. Urban Parking was awarded the certificate for ISO 9001 Quality Standard in the same year. In early 2003, Urban Parking has reached its mile stone in being awarded the management of car park and vehicle interchange for the Hong Kong International Airport which include more than 3,000 parking spaces.
